The 5 steps of your project

    Step 01

    First meeting

    In-depth analysis of your needs and your budget, a detailed presentation of the Spanish regions, an initial selection of properties matching your criteria and a personalised financial simulation.

    Step 02

    Discovery stay

    3 days and 2 nights of personalised support on site: viewing the pre-selected properties, discovering the region and its amenities with your dedicated adviser. The stay is refunded if you buy.

    Step 03

    Comfort stay

    Completion of all the administrative formalities (NIE, opening a bank account, notarial deed), and choosing the equipment and interior fit-out of your property on site.

    Step 04

    Handover of the keys

    Your adviser welcomes you for the final technical checks on the property, the final signature and the official handover of the keys to your new home.

    Step 05

    Rental management

    Regular monitoring of your property, a complete concierge service and professional rental management. We take care of everything, even after the purchase, so that you can enjoy it with complete peace of mind.

Free, end-to-end support

Enjoy a 3-day, 2-night discovery stay entirely organised by Secundo. Your dedicated adviser accompanies you on every viewing, shows you around the region and answers all your questions. The stay is refunded if you buy. You will never be charged any agency fees.

Financing

We offer credit solutions tailored to your situation thanks to our banking partners in Belgium and Spain. Financial simulation, support with your mortgage application and personalised advice to optimise your investment.

Decoration / Fit-out

Thanks to our specialist local partners, we handle the interior and exterior fit-out of your property: furniture, appliances, decoration and complete equipment. You receive a turnkey property, ready to move into or to rent out.

Rental management

Our on-site team ensures the regular monitoring of your property, a complete concierge service (cleaning, maintenance, welcoming tenants) and professional rental management. Maximise your rental yield with complete peace of mind, even from a distance.

Selling Belgian properties

Would you like to sell your property in Belgium to fund your purchase in Spain? We support you in putting your Belgian property on the market: valuation, marketing, negotiation and administrative follow-up right through to the signing at the notary.
