General terms
1. Scope
These general terms apply to all services provided by Secundo (Exponential Invest SRL). Secundo offers intermediation services between potential buyers and developers, builders, sellers and service providers. By using Secundo's services, the client accepts these general terms.
2. Services & Commitments
Secundo's services are provided without any contractual relationship between Secundo and the user and are entirely free of charge for the buyer. Secundo puts potential buyers in touch with developers, builders, sellers and service providers. Secundo is bound by an obligation of means and not of result. Secundo does not provide any legal, tax, financial or technical advice. Users are advised to consult qualified professionals for any advice in these areas.
3. Data processing
The personal data provided by the user is processed solely for the purpose of responding to their requests and providing the services requested. This data is shared with third parties only with the user's prior consent. For more information, please see our privacy policy.
4. Information
The services and properties presented on the site are described in good faith on the basis of the information provided by the partner developers, builders and sellers. Images, plans, photos and videos are provided for guidance only and have no contractual value. For transactions relating to properties located in Spain, Spanish law applies.
5. Good faith
The user undertakes to use Secundo's services diligently and in good faith. They undertake to provide correct and complete information in their dealings with Secundo.
6. Liability
Secundo is not a party to the contracts concluded between buyers and sellers, developers or service providers. In no event may Secundo's liability be engaged beyond a maximum amount of EUR 2,000 per claim. Secundo may receive a commission from sellers and/or service providers in connection with the introduction.
7. Miscellaneous
These general terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these general terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Namur.
