Our mission

At Secundo, we support you at every stage of your property project in Spain. From the very first meeting, we analyse your needs, your wishes and your budget. We then arrange your flights and your hotel for a tailor-made discovery stay. Over 3 days, we take you to view the pre-selected properties matching your criteria, while showing you around the region. Regular debriefings allow us to refine your search in real time.

Complete administrative support

Once your property has been found, our team takes care of all the administrative formalities. We put you in touch with an English-speaking lawyer specialising in Spanish property law, as well as a notary. We arrange for you to obtain your NIE (foreigner identification number), open your Spanish bank account, select your furniture, clean your property and, of course, hand over the keys.

Organising the stay

Booking of your flights and hotel, planning of viewings over 3 days and 2 nights with your dedicated adviser.

Lawyer appointment

Meeting with an English-speaking lawyer specialising in Spanish property law to secure your transaction.

Signing the contract

Signing of the reservation contract or preliminary sale agreement, with payment of the deposit. All conditions are checked.

Choosing the furniture

Selection of the indoor and outdoor fit-out of your property from our Spanish partner suppliers.

Signing the deeds

Finalisation of the notarial deed with the Spanish notary. Official transfer of ownership and registration.

Handover of the keys

Your adviser welcomes you for the official handover of the keys to your new property in Spain.

Your discovery stay

The discovery stay is organised over 3 days and 2 nights. Two options are available: Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday. Your adviser welcomes you and accompanies you throughout the stay.

Departures are possible from Brussels (Zaventem), Liège or Charleroi airports. We take care of booking your flights and your accommodation.

A complete stay to view the pre-selected properties and discover the region at your own pace, with your dedicated adviser.

The purpose of the comfort stay is to secure the entire purchase operation. During this second stay, we arrange all the essential administrative formalities.
