At the foot of the Montgó massif and facing the Balearic Islands, Dénia is the most authentic town on the Costa Blanca Nord. A fishing and marina port, an old town beneath its castle, and cuisine listed by UNESCO: people come here for a more intimate Mediterranean way of life than in the south.
The property market here is of a higher standard: villas with sea views on the heights of Las Rotas, seafront apartments, and characterful town-centre homes. A favoured choice for those seeking peace, nature and varied beaches, from the sands to the north to the rocky coves to the south.
Beaches
Les Marines (sand) to the north, Les Rotes (coves) to the south: two different moods.
Way of life
A UNESCO gastronomic town, with a marina, a covered market and a lively old town.
